The City of Sydney is committed to revitalising neglected areas within the Local Government Area for the benefit of the city community.

Ashmore Precinct
The Ashmore Precinct is located in Erskineville and is bounded by Ashmore Street, Mitchell Road, Coulson St and the Bankstown rail line.

Frasers Broadway (formerly CUB)
Situated on the fringe of the CBD, the Frasers Broadway site offers exciting opportunities for an environmentally sustainable mixed use development.

College of Fine Arts (COFA)
Planning Controls for the College of Fine Arts (COFA) were unanimously passed at the Council meeting on 10 April 2006. 

Green Square
The largest urban renewal project in Australia, Green Square is breathing new life into Sydney ’s oldest industrial area.

Redfern Precinct
An infrastructure program over four years to improve facilities and services for people living and working in Redfern, Waterloo, Darlington and Eveleigh.

Woolloomooloo Improvements Plan
The Woolloomooloo Improvements Plan is an initiative flowing out of the City’s work on Local Action Plans. The Plan is being developed through a comprehensive consultation and planning process that commenced in December, 2006. It will identify a range of improvements in Woolloomooloo.
